How can I get Page Up, Page Down, Home and End on a Nokia Communicator?

These are all available by holding down the Chr key and using the cursor keys. For example, Page Up is Chr plus Up Arrow. This feature is not part of XTM - it is part of the Communicator itself, and works with all Symbian applications.

On other Symbian machines, like the Psion Series 5, the arrow keys are also labelled as PgUp, PgDn, and so on. For some reason, Nokia decided not to label these functions on the Communicator - but the function still works.
